In the skilled hands of our baristas at Eon, the shots are thick and rich, exuding a subtle chocolate aroma as they are poured into shot glasses. While brewing at 195-197 degrees at the portafilter, the flow of the espresso appears to have the viscosity of warmed honey. Straight shots exhibit a thick, dark, gold-flecked crema. It stands up very well when it is combined with milk especially in a Espresso Macchiato or a Cappuccino. Straight espresso drinkers will not be disappointed by our Espresso either.
