Columbia Supremo Eon offers flavorful coffee from the southern province of Huila. This particular region of the country still grows the traditional coffee variety called typica, instead of the new hybrid varieties. We offer this coffee as a medium roast. It has a medium body with delicate sweetness, nuttiness, chocolaty flavors, and a rich sweet aroma with mellow acidity. Overall it is a very well balanced coffee.

Guatemala Huehuetenango Eon is pleased to offer this strictly hard bean (SHB) coffee from the northwest mountains of Guatemala’s Huehuetenango highlands. Huehuetenango, which means “between ravines”, is Guatemala’s premier coffee-growing region. This is an area geographically complex with multiple microclimates up and down the slopes that allow coffee growers to obtain the most exotic cup profiles. The temperature climate, with sunny days, cool nights and an altitude of 4,000 feet to 6,000 feet allows the coffee to mature slowly, which is known to concentrate the flavor. We obtain our coffee from La Victoria Champila, one of the best coffee estate farms in Guatemala. The coffee from this plantation has been planted, harvested and milled by the Villatoro family under the highest quality standards. 45% of this Guatemala coffee comes from Bourbon variety trees, which is considered one of the best varieties of coffee trees in the world. This is an outstanding coffee with medium acidity and rich cacao sweetness with a well balanced finish. We offer this coffee as a medium roast.
