About Our Coffee

The untiring quest for the finest coffee is our mission at Eon Coffee.

It begins with the gathering of many bean samples from coffee growing regions all over the world.

We roast and cup them everyday to select the finest harvests exhibiting the best flavor and aroma of their origins.

In order to bring out the distinctly unique character of choice beans, our artisan roastmaster adjusts degrees accordingly and carefully roasts one small batch at a time for the optimum quality.

For the best tasting coffee there is no such a thing as “one roast degree, whether it’s dark or light, fits all.”

After being air-cooled, the freshly roasted beans go through a “hand-picking” process for the highest standard of quality control.
