Shipping Policy

At Eon Coffee we take freshness very seriously. It is important to us that you receive your coffee at its peak. As an example of our commitment, we will roast and ship out your order as soon as we receive it.

Our coffee is packed right after roasting. Our coffee bag package features a one-way valve situated above the label. This valve lets the C02 (a natural byproduct of post-roast coffee) escape the package without allowing in oxygen so that the coffee is kept fresh for a longer period of time.

 

Return Policy

It is our sincere desire that you are completely satisfied with your order. If you have an issue with the order you received, we would like to solve the problem as soon as we can. In such an event, please contact us at 510 264 0507 (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 9am-4pm: Pacific Standard Time). Or send an e-mail within 14 days of receiving your order. Our friendly customer service will help you resolve the issue. You may be issued a return authorization number(RAN) for an exchange or refund. Then you be asked to ship the unsatisfying product back to us. Please note that we are not able to process your request without a valid RAN. Thank you for your understanding.
